Our History
Oak Village Builders was created in early 2022 by founder John Sohn. Since then, our company has completed numerous projects in Raleigh's "Inside-The-Beltline" neighborhoods ranging from porch additions and kitchen remodels to entire home renovations. The majority of our work today remains in the Downtown Raleigh area.
Our Staff & Experience
Owner and founder John Sohn has hundreds of completed custom home remodeling projects under his belt in his 25+ years of building in the Triangle region. He works in tandem with our supplemental staff as well as local trade companies, architects and home designers to ensure all projects are a high quality, low inconvenience experience for customers.
